Service Advisor (Faversham)
Renault Truck Commercials’ prestigious Faversham in Kent dealership is looking for an excellent Vehicle Dealership experienced Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service and promote our Workshop Services and Products.
This position is the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone customers and is a central position between the workshop and service areas of the business as well as involvement in the support of admin and invoicing functions.
Mon-Fri 06.00 to 14.00 with alternate Saturday mornings, paid at time and a half.
Basic is up to £33,000 (DOE), with overtime paid at time and a half.
- Familiarisation of book times
- Familiarisation with Vehicle parts.
- Understanding of relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and on-going developments.
- Interested in product development by reading relevant technical information issued.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Confidence and upselling skills
- Customer focus
