Trainee CSR (Dunstable)

At Renault Truck Commercials Chiltern dealership, based in Dunstable Bedfordshire,  you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.  We are looking for an enthusiast administrator with good computer skills and face to face customer service skills.

Trainee Customer Service Representative
Working 40 hours Mon-Fri: 08.00 to 17.00 (flexibility may be required)

Paying  £12.02 pr hr ( £25,000)

Overview:
Would you like to learn about working ‘front of house’ in a busy Truck Dealership under the flagship brand of Renault Trucks?

You will learn all about:

• Being the ‘first line’ contact for customers, greet them in a courteous manner and to identify their requirements
• Being involved with the Service Department’s invoicing and administration systems
• To learn about the workshop progress (WIP) to be able to update the customers accordingly with completion times and payment methods.
• To ensure all customer complaints are courteously and efficiently handled and processed.
• To assist the Dealer Point Manager with queries

About you and what you can bring to us:

• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent IT knowledge, although training will be given on in-house systems
• Some vehicle background knowledge desirable, not essential
• Confidence
• Upselling skills
• Customer focus
