Service Advisor (Dunstable)

Renault Truck Commercials’ prestigious Dunstable dealership is looking for  an excellent Vehicle Dealership experienced  Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service and promote our Workshop Services and Products.
This position is the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone customers and is a central position between the workshop and service areas of the business as well as involvement in the support of admin and invoicing functions.

Mon-Fri 44 hrs working a 2 week rotating pattern of: 06.00 to 16.00 and 08.00 to 18.00, early shift finish on a Friday with alternate Saturday mornings, 08.00 to 12.00 paid at time and a half.

Annual earnings up to £37,000 made up as follows: –  up to £31,000 basic (DOE), Bonus scheme in place to achieve £4000 OTE, Alternate Saturday mornings eqautes to £2100

If you have the following vehicle dealership skills, we’d like to hear from you: 
Familiarisation of book times
Familiarisation with Vehicle parts.
Understanding of relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and on-going developments.
Interested in product development by reading relevant technical information issued.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Confidence and upselling skills
