Chiltern: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

This exciting opportunity has become available within our Chiltern Dealership due to increased contract wins.
 

Working 45 hours per week Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm (1 hr lunch) and alternate Saturday's paid at time and a half
 

up to £25,000 DOE + benefits

Overview:

  • Present and promote the Company’s image through excellent personal service
  • To carry out the Service Department’s invoicing and administration systems efficiently
  • To greet customers in a courteous manner, interpret their requirements and complete them necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken
  • To obtain the necessary authority to carry out the work required
  • To understand relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and ongoing developments
  • To effectively monitor the Work In Progress (WIP) reports to clear Workshop instructions as soon as possible
  • Ensure database is updated to ensure inspection schedules are maximised
  • To clarify customer requirements and transfer into workshop instructions
  • To inform customers of completion times and payment methods
  • Familiarisation of book times

Required knowledge & experience:

  • Dealership experience desirable
  • Truck or Motor Trade experience desirable
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent relationship building/rapport with internal and external contacts.
  • Computer Literate – training on in-house systems will be given
