Workshop Controller (Dunstable)

Renault Trucks Chiltern, based in Dunstable, Beds is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller’ whose core role is to proactively manage the customers’ journey from “planning, arrival, quality of work through to Invoice / Claim closure.

You will ensure the Service Advisors, Parts Team and Technicians are all working together and in line with Renault’s high standards ensuring the service and repair work is completed to the scheduled time with accurate admin and invoicing processes.

This role pivots around strong customer relationships – managing  their expectations, whilst keeping a commercial awareness on job profitability and workshop productivity targets.  The motivation, personal development and performance management of the team is a key part of the role along with and dealing with employee welfare on a day to day basis.
