Renault Truck Commercials is looking for an Experienced Dealership Vehicle Industry Manager to manage our prestigious Bristol Renault Trucks dealership which employs c30 employees across the Technical, Service and Sales departments. This is not a ‘step up’ role, therefore our package reflects the requirements we are seeking.
Role Description
It is the Manager’s responsibility to grow the profitability of the business, through the management and development of the employees and customers, whilst striving to exceed the best vehicle industry standards through financial productivity, operating standards and customer & employee satisfaction. Excellence in Customer Service is paramount to this role.
Required Competences:
- Strong Commercial Awareness to be able to produce a yearly budget for the Dealerpoint, which covers full Operational and P&L responsibilities as well as Health & Safety for the site
- An understanding of Operators Licence Laws and Regulations (desirable)
- An understanding of a Depot’s customers and potential customers
- Good Business acumen, with the ability to produce and understand Finance and Management Reporting
- To be able to interpret and understand the operational budgets and KPIs
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally
- To be able to manage and motivate a team in their daily activities
- Competent in Sales Techniques & Presentation Skills
- Good IT Skills in office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Full UK Driving Licence
